Sara Ramirez

Sara Ramirez is a popular Mexican-American actress singer and writer. She was raised by her mom within the USA she faced a lot of racial taunts and made her feel being unwanted. After she participated in an event at school and was given great praise for her performance at the age of 9, the girl began to gain confidence. This not only increased her confidence, but it also changed the direction in which she went on to pursue her professional career. When she was 22 she was a graduate of New York's Julliard School. When she was 23, she began her career making her debut on Broadway with Paul Simon's The Capeman and in films featuring You've Got Mail. The character of The Lad of The Lake became her greatest breakthrough, bringing an award for her performance, the Tony Award in addition to praise from critics for her performance. Later that year, as Callie Torres on Grey's Anatomy on ABC, she gained greater fame. Also, she is a well-known performer and has published an extended version of her play. As an activist, she is a tireless advocate to promote LGBT equality.
